Delivery
All Natural Crafts shipping costs are supplied at cost - it is not policy to make profit from shipping of goods. Free delivery is only offered in exception circumstances as part of large trade orders - Natural Crafts do not include a delivery percentage element into any product pricing to ensure that you get the product at the best value.
UK Standard Delivery
- Order before 2pm and your order will be dispatched that day (Monday - Friday).
- Saturdays/Sundays and Christmas/New Year/Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.
- Our couriers may require a signature on delivery. Parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- Please note delivery hours are from 8am – 8pm.
- *Standard Delivery is not available when your order contains a large item or exceeds 2KG
UK Next Day or large items
There will be a £7.50 delivery charge for orders that contain a large item or are heavier than 2Kg.
- Order before 10am and your order will be delivered the next working day (Monday - Friday).
- Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Our couriers may require a signature on delivery. Parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- Please note delivery hours are from 8am – 8pm
Cancelling an order
- In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to an order.
- To add product to your order, please place a new order for these items.
- To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely; please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
